Processing Time Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. Estimated delivery times:
- Canada: 3–7 business days
- United States: 5–10 business days
Free Shipping We offer free standard shipping on Canadian orders over $100 CAD.
Order Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking to update.
Delays Xylvara is not responsible for delays caused by carriers or circumstances beyond our control. During peak seasons, additional delays may occur.
Lost or Damaged Packages If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at info@xylvara.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date and we'll resolve it promptly.
